What You Should Know About Industrial Embroidery Machines

Whether you’re starting a new business, starting a home business, or simply want to get creative, there are a few things you should know about Embroidery machines. Embroidery is a process that involves creating a pattern on textiles using a sewing machine or embroidery machine. These machines are often used in the corporate world for uniform adornment, product branding, and crafts. Hobbyists use them to decorate gift items, clothing, and even home decor.

Some embroidery designs are difficult to transfer to a commercial machine, however there are ways to digitize your designs. In the mid-1980s, one manufacturer introduced a digitizing system for embroidery machines, called Digitrac. This system consisted of a small computer mounted on the X and Y axis of a large whiteboard. The system had two fonts and a one-inch paper-tape reader, and could automatically mark common points in a design. This made the process of digitizing and creating embroidery patterns faster than ever.

Industrial Embroidery machines come in two basic types: commercial and industrial. The former is designed for continuous production, whereas the latter is a one-time use machine. A commercial machine, on the other hand, can be used in production over a long period of time. This feature makes it ideal for all-year-round embroidery. Embroidery machines come in various styles, from single needle embroidery to multi-head embroidery. In addition, most commercial machines feature multiple heads and needles. You can select from many different colour combinations.
